Information to make your stay more pleasant
January 3rd, 2017 – March 16th, 2017 = $950.00
March 17th, 2017 – November 5th, 2017 = $1,300.00
November 6th, 2017 – November 20th, 2017 = $950.00
November 21st, 2017 – November 27th, 2017 = $1,300.00
November 28th, 2017 – December 21st, 2017 = $950.00
December 22nd, 2017 – January 1st, 2018 = $1,300.00
All rates are based on 18 guests and a 2 night minimum.
Over 18 guests is $25.00 per person, per night.
10% Tuolumne County Occupancy Tax
Cleaning Fee = $300.00
The Deposit equals the 1st night stay, plus 10% Occupancy Tax.
The Deposit is due upon booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Our Cancellation Policy
If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:
- 0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 100% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to Check-in-Date
- A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters or illness.
We expect on occasion you may want to bring your furry family member on vacation with you. We appreciate your discussing this with us ahead of time.
There is a $25.00 fee per pet. There is a Pet Addendum that must be completed. If you have a disability and have a Service dog there is no pet charge.
Our standard Lodge rental rate is based on 18 Guests, with a 2 night minimum. Add $25.00 per person, per night, for each additional Guest. People other than those in the Guest party and any above the agreed upon number of Guests, in the Rental Agreement, may not stay overnight at the property. Any other persons on the property are the sole responsibility of Guest.
The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Having accepted this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. We like to have someone at the Lodge to greet our Guests and give them a tour of the Lodge and grounds. There are 2 lock boxes with the keys to the Lodge. Inside the Lodge you will find the “Lillaskog Information” binder to acquaint you with the Lodge and surrounding area.
Check out time is 11:00 am. The Guest is responsible for making sure the Lodge is locked and secured at the time they leave the premises. The Guest is also responsible for securing the Lodge keys in the lock box. Please make sure no food is left out when you leave.
Lost & Found
The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. If you have lost something, give us a call and if it’s found, we will gladly mail it back to you for the cost of postage and a $10.00 handling fee.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. An additional cleaning fee of $200.00 will be incurred if this policy is not respected. If you need to smoke please go outside at least 100’ away from any doors and windows.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Lodge.
Wood fires are not permitted on Lillaskog property at any time. We follow all of the National Forest Service and CAL FIRE guidelines. Once the National Forest Service and CAL FIRE suspends outdoor burning, you can still enjoy an evening fire using the propane gas fire pit. Fireworks are illegal in Tuolumne County and never permitted on Lillaskog property!
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Please use appliances only for their intended uses. Special appliances such as Kitchen Aid, Rice Cooker, etc. are available upon request.
