Lillaskog Lodge Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We are following the recommendations from the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), which are based on information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
We allow at least 24 hours between guests and the Lodge is aired out with our fresh mountain air.
We spray all parts of the beds, couches and chairs down including the mattress covers with Lysol disinfectant spray.
We wash the bedding, towels, bath mats and dish towels with Clorox products and dry them on a high heat setting.
We change all the bedding, including the bedspreads after every guest.
Every surface (such as kitchen and bathroom counters, all high touch area, coffee tables, etc.) is cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water. Every surface is wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
The floors are mopped with Pine Sol disinfectant. The rugs are vacuumed and sprayed with Lysol disinfectant spray.
Our Guests can help keep the lodge clean by doing a few simple things, such as:
Hand sanitizer is supplied next to the lockbox. Clean your hands before accessing the keys and before entering the Lodge.
Consider removing your shoes to prevent additional dirt or contamination within the house.
There are 9 sinks in the house all supplied with anti-bacterial soap. Please wash your hands frequently.
We have a washer and dryer available to wash your clothes and face masks.
There are additional cleaning supplies for your use under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room next to the kitchen.
